Processing time
Every Luna Relief Ritual is prepared with care before shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Estimated delivery times after processing:

U.S. orders: 5-10 business days
International orders: 7-15 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Order changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at askcalmingluna@gmail.com. We process orders quickly and will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has shipped we are unable to make modifications. Please double check your shipping details and order information before completing your purchase.

Failed deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address, full name, and contact information are accurate and complete when placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete information, we will reach out to arrange a replacement shipment. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for reshipments caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.
